21st JUNE, 2017

Celebrated by the NCC Cadets of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Dibrugarh. 

150 students participated in the programme with full enthusiasm. It became a successful programme.

Bishnu Rabha Divas on 20^thJune, 2017 

On account of Bishnu Rabha Divas a Rabha Sangeet Competition was organized by the Vidyalaya among the students of Class VI to X. 

Students were divided into two groups, Class VI to VIII (Group A) and IX & X (Group B). 

The judges were Sri Jiten Kakoti, Radio Artist of Dibrugarh and Smt. Pranamika Bordoloi, Music Teacher of VKV Dibrugarh. No. of students participated were 16.

Visit of H.H.Maa Purnanandaji 

(19^th June, 2017)

A talk was held on “Goal of Education percentage or personality development?” by Her Holiness Maa Purnanandaji, Founder Chairperson – Sree Guru Swami Chinmayananda Sewa Nidhi.

It was organized for the students of Class XI and XII at Samsriti Sabhagriha of the Vidyalaya on 19^th June, 2017. Swamini addressed the students on several issues like prayer, inner integration, peaceful living and human goodness etc. 

Swamini Purnandaji is closely inclined towards the study of Vadanta and her mission is to guide others on Ved and Vedanta, She is popular for her discourses on inner strength are commendable.

Felicitation for Class X/AISSE Examination 

(Session 2016-2017) on 9^th June, 2017  

10 CGPA HOLDERS

45 toppers of Class X  those who got 9 and 10 CGPA were felicitated in the presence of Dr. Sristhidhar Dutta, holding the current Anniruddha Deva Chair of Dibrugarh University and Chairman of VKV Dibrugarh and VMC member. The Principal welcomed the parents and the toppers. The toppers expressed their gratitude towards the teachers, administration and the principles of Vidyalaya.

World Environment Day, 2017

Observation of World Environment Day 

(5^thJune, 2017) 

World Environment Day was observed in Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dibrugarh on 5^th June, 2017. Students gave speech on the significance of the day. Group of students perform a chorus on the day. 

Poster making competition on “Our Environment” and Art competition on “Greenery” was organized among the students. Students participated in a activity for classroom cleanliness and personal cleanliness. 

A logo competition was also organized for Class XII (Science and Commerce) students. 

40 saplings were brought to be planted in the Vidyalaya premises by the students and teachers. 

The first sapling was planted by Smt. Sriparana Bagchi along with our Principal Sir, Teachers and Students.

AISSE, 2017 Result (Class X)

AISSE, 2017 Result (3^rd June, 2017)  

The results of AISSE, 2017 Examination held on 9^th March, 2017 have been declared today, 3^rd June, 2017. 67 students appeared the examination from our Vidyalaya and the pass percentage is 100%. 21 students bagged away 10 CGPA, while 24 students scored more than 9 CGPA, 21 students scored more than 8 CGPA and 1 student scored more than 7 CGPA. Unlike other years, this year too, the Vidyalaya exhibited cent percent successful results. The Principal of the Vidyalaya, Sri Ravindranath D. Savdeykar congratulated the students, the teaching, non teaching staff, parents and other well wishers for the success. We congratulate all of them and wish them a very prosperous life.
